Stampin’ Up Mini Catalog and Sale-a-bration is coming!!
January 3, 2020 is the launch date for the new Mini Catalog and Sale-a-bration launch!!
I got to see the new Mini Catalog and Sale-a-bration catalogs while I was in Atlanta, Georgia at OnStage, along with samples made with several of the new stamp sets. We received the Timeless Tulips stamp set as an attendance gift and I won the Forever Blossoms stamp set in prize patrol. It’s LOVELY!!!
In this new catalog you’ll see beautiful poppies, cute critter stamps, new greetings, Parisian influence, golf, and girly lipstick and cute purses, along with many more new items. There are 42 new stamp sets in this Mini catalog along with 7 new stamp sets you can get for free in the sale-a-bration catalog with a $50 or $100 purchase.
If you have ordered from me this year, you should be receiving the new catalogs through the mail. I will also have some in my stamp office if you need one, let me know.
Don’t you just love this Fun Fold Spooktacular Box for the Spooktacular Bash card set? It made up so cute using the Monster Bash Designer Series Paper along with both the Spooktacular Bash and Wonderfully Wicked Stamp sets!Â
In addition, the cute little spider die out of the Wicked Die Set was used to add a few spooky fun spiders. They were coated with the new product from the 2019 Holiday Catalog called Shimmery Crystal Effects which as a result made them sparkle and shine to catch the eye. The spooktacular greeting from the Spooktacular Bash Stamp Set was framed with a die in the Ornate Frames Dies.Â
To add a little more color and a whimsical look to the box, I grabbed the Gorgeous Grape striped ribbon from the 2019-20 Annual Catalog.Â
Measurements:Â
Basic Black Cardstock: 7-1/4″ x 8-1/4″ and a scrap for the ornate frame (Score on 7-1/4″ side at .75 and 6.5. Score on 8-1/4″ side at .25, .5, .75, 3.75, 4.5)
Gorgeous Grape Cardstock: 5″ x 2.5″ and a scrap to stamp the greeting and cut out the spiders
Monster Bash Designer Series Paper:Â 4.75″ x 2.25″
This Fun Fold Spooktacular Box was crafted from one sheet of Basic Black cardstock and will hold all four of the Halloween cards and envelopes that I posted earlier in the week. If you see one you like, please leave a comment for me!  Check them out:
If you would like to make this Fun Fold Spooktacular Box for the Halloween Spooktacular Bash card set, I’d love to help you find the products to make it.Â
This is the last of the four card Halloween set. The card is a fun fold card in that the very vanilla cardstock layer is the actual card that opens bottom to top. Wickedly fun!! Before to check out the previous three Halloween cards in this set. Enjoy!
One of four Halloween cards a friend asked me to make up as a boxed set for one of her daughter’s teachers. I absolutely love the wicked die that was used on the front of this card. This card was quick and easy to make yet catches the eye with such colorful designer series paper. Be sure to check out the other three cards in the set!

One of four card set I designed as a set to be given as a teacher gift. This fun fold card puts the “spook” in Spooktacular!!! Be sure to check out the other three cards in the set!
A friend asked me to make up four Halloween-related cards to give as a gift to one of the school teachers. This is one of the fun cards I came up with using the Stampin’ Up! Spooktacular Bash stamp set and Monster Bash designer series paper combos. The Ornate frame dies add such a punch to any card. I combined the black satin ribbon with the black organdy glitter ribbon to finish the card with a little bling. Be sure to check out the other three cards in the set!

Aren’t these the cutest little treat boxes? Shout out for inspiration over at Chic ‘n Scratch, Angie Kennedy Juda. These little treat boxes are large enough to put your favorite candies or non candy treats like mini lotions or nail polish or stamp accessories!!
Recipe: (Directions given for the “Bring on the Merry” Treat Box as the instructions for the Halloween treat box are available over at Chic ‘n Scratch) NOTE: All measurements are given in inches.
Cardstock:
Calypso Coral: 6×5 (score 1-1/2 on all 4 sides)
Calypso Coral: 8 x 3-1/8 (score 2-1/16, 3-9/16, 5-5/8, 7-1/8)
Calypso Coral Tag: 3 x 1-1/2
Whisper White Tags 4-5/8 x 3 and 2-3/4 x 2-3/4
Designer Series Paper: Bird Ballad
The 6×5 scored piece of calypso coral card stock will make up the open box that slides into the sleeve. This diagram shows to cut on the red lines and to cut off the tabs with the X. Apply adhesive to the blue tab area.
Score and fold the 8-3/8 piece of calypso coral card stock and apply adhesive to the end. This piece will become the sleeve where you will slide the open box you made above. I added a small piece of ribbon to the bottom of the box to enable easier sliding when pulling the box out of the sleeve. (optional).
I cut decorative frames out of the Ornate Frames dies for layering my tag with both whisper white and the calypso coral. I stamped the Tags Tags Tags stamp set and cut with the Trio of Tags dies.
The possibilities are endless with the numerous beautiful designer series papers in the current Annual Catalog and the Holiday Catalog. I’d love to see your treat boxes.
